The biggest player in the game is over a Billion power and when i try to spy him it says i need to spend 1.5 Bil to execute. The limit of gold that can be spent is 999999 so anyone over a million in power is "too big to spy on"? Seems like it would be cheaper to spy the big kingdoms and expensive to spy the little ones.
