December 5th is one of the least known of our National Holidays although this should not be...On the 16th of January, 1919 the 18th Amendment to the Constitution was ratified and the following 25 years were long, dark and dry times indeed. That is till the 5th of December, 1933 when it was repealed with the 21st Amendment and by being written into law it is a Constitutional right. So will you all please join me in several cyber drinks (of your own persuasion) to celebrate this glorious day and remember, it's not just a day to have a drink but a day to commemorate the right to have a drink...slainte mhath...skol...prost...nostrovia...y'all
