This past week I was on vacation to Boone, NC area and came across a new festival that is actually on it's 2nd year. It's called The Blue Ridge Celtic Festival!
It is in the most beautiful surroundings and lain out around a lake in Blowing Rock, NC.
There I ran into "Enter The Haggis" guys again....always great to listen to these guys.

There music keeps getting better all of the time and they have the coolest glass frames on their lead singer... get out and see them! You won't be disappointed!

Have to admit, I wasn't disappointed at all with Enter The Haggis at the Jack Frost, Pennsylvania show. Wasn't sure what to expect from them. I only knew of them from hearing them on CR.

They have a lot of talent for their age and have learned very well to play to the crowd. I was amazed at the following they have. There is a large group of fans that follow them from show to show across the country.

Hopefully, I can catch them again this year.

I wish they would come to the Stone Mountain Highland Games in Georgia this October. I'd love to see them play live. My new daughter-in-law is familiar with their music and says they are terrific. Guess I'll just have to track down a cd of theirs soon then!

Better get to 'em while you can still afford 'em. wink.gif They are getting better all the time. Saw them at the New York Tartan Week events (The Knitting Factory -- place where some very good up-and-comings make themselves known). They know how to please a crowd -- lots of energy.

Am I going to have to order this from Amazon or something, or do some music stores have them now?

Siobhan, try some of the Celtic Fests near you. I find most fests now have music dealers and have always found ETH in the selections. ETH sells two of their own cd's at their shows, Casualties of Retail and ETH Live. Those are the ones that I find that the vendors are selling, even though there are four cd's on the ETH page https://nt7.magma.ca/indiepool/sc.asp?n=15575 . If you buy them off the ETH page, the shipping from Canada could be expensive.

Any cd shop should be able to order them for you. Make sure you ask the price for a special order. Some shops may tend to rake you on that.

Excellent suggestions! Thanks. I'll be going to the Highland Games at Stone Mt. this October and will look for them there.

Altho autumn seems far away right now its going to be here before we know it.
I'll be glad, too - this 90* heat is awful!
