My department reciently lost a comrad this weekend. One of our Departments captains died along with his 17 year old son in an ultralight crash. He was 45 and he leaves behind a wife and son. My heart goes out to the wife. Loosing a husband is one thing. But also a son? Thats must be heart breaking. Please say a prayer for peace to the family. I knew him a little and worked with him once or twice and he was a great guy. sad.gif

That is so sad. My heart and prayer are with her.

Thanks for sharing this, NS. Will be praying for the family. May the Lord of Light grant them comfort.

Just an update, we had the funeral today. I was on honor guard duty for it. I can honestly say a firemans funeral is probably one of the saddest. sad.gif
