Wow, i'm so excited to have just found this site. My name's Jonny, and though I live in the U.S. (Georgia), my heart lives in the Celtic world. I can trace my mother's family, Callaway, back 11 generations to Cornwall, and I can't wait to go back there again.
I also have Scottish blood in me and loved backpacking there a few years ago.
Hmm...what else? My favorite beer is probably Belhaven, i love the traditional Irish/punk band Flogging Molly, and i wear a Celtic cross around my neck at all times.
I look forward to participating with you good folks on this great site!
*Cornish for "Good day!" I don't speak Kernewek, but i like knowing a few phrases
Hey there Jonny to CelticRadio...you will find some great music as well as other Floggin Molly fans (such as myself) here...you can request songs you'd like to hear and you'll find some great people in our MBs! Hope to learn more from you soon!
Thanks guys...Madadh, where in Maryland are you? As my avatar and sn suggest, I am a UMD alum who was originally born in Towson. I have a lot of friends in the Old Line state, and make it back for 3 or 4 football games a year.
Welcome Jonny! So good to have you on board! As you have already discovered, some of the nicest people to be found anywhere on the net hang out here! So make yourself at home, enjoy the music, and - above all else - have fun!
Welcome to the family, my friend!

Tha gach uile dhuine air a bhreth saor agus co-ionnan ann an urram 's ann an còirichean. Tha iad air am breth le reusan is le cogais agus mar sin bu chòir dhaibh a bhith beò nam measg fhein ann an spiorad bràthaireil
If you think you can hold me down I beg to differ If you think you can twist my words I'll sing forever
Welcome aboard Jonny. When I say Welcome aboard I really mean it as I live on Georgia's Coast in McIntosh County. I spend a lot of hours on the water. Have a cousin in Troup County next door to you and have a rural mail carrier friend in Carrollton. How about Tammy today? Just some wind and about 6 inches of rain last night and this morning. Nothing much to her.
Welcome aboard Jonny. I too am a Georgia boy; born and raised in Conyers, about 20 due east of Atlanta on I-20. I'm the one on the side of the road plowing my fields with a mule while wearing a kilt (me, not the mule).
Are you going to the Stone Mountain Highland Games this weekend?
