The gaelic study group I'm in is using Speaking Our Language There are also videos to this book. It uses the Skye dialect. We are reading gaelic childrens books and translating them. thumbs_up.gif There is a great website available through BBC called An Litir Beag(advanced) & Beag air Beag(beginners).
I use Beag air Beag when I want to play catch to everyone before going to class. wink.gif

Someone was asking about online dictionaries. These are OK, if used selectively:

http://www.smo.uhi.ac.uk/gaidhlig/faclair/sbg/lorg.php (single words, no contexts)

http://www.akerbeltz.org/faclair/rannsachadh.php (words in context, but not at all exhaustive).
