Since I live alone, I eat out a lot. Tonight it was an open faced roast beef, mashed potatos and a cup of vegetable soup. Actually a better choice than I usually make.

I cooked some bratwurst on my George Foreman grill.

It needs to go on sale soon. The two I cooked were my last.

Tonight, a toasted cheese sandwich and a cup of vegetable beef soup. Lunch was grand though. Eggplant parmigiana and Pasta Fajole soup. I stopped at Olive Garden.

I think my sweetie went to Golden Corral for lunch and got a to-go box for me that I'll have for supper tonight. Don't know what it is yet but I asked for lots of veggies!
