Hello,
I'm new so be nice biggrin.gif !

My father's maternal family came from Scotland. His paternal grandmother was a Native American. My mother's family came from Germany. Quite a mix. I found your site while looking for Celtic music. I seem to take after my father's family alot. Both in my love of all things Celtic and the natural world of my NA ancestors.

I have a life mate of 33 years and counting. 2 grown daughters. 3 corgi dogs, both Pembrokes and a Cardigan. Also my lovely labrador. I have 5 retired Corriedale sheep that don't lamb, just give me lots of wool to spin and knit with. I work in the health care field part time and am a student at my great age! wink.gif Going back to school for more medical office training.

Hope to get to know you all, but know my time online is limited now because of my classes. So if you don't see me for long periods of time it's because of the demand of work and classes.

Hope to learn loads of new stuff here.

Hello Eila and Judith. I'm so glad you both found us. Indeed, the music is truly great and the friendships are even better. And Judith, watch it with that "great age" talk wink.gif , you're several months younger than me. biggrin.gif

Thanks for the welcome Carolina Scotsman. I love North Carolina but after 7 years away from home I would like to go there for a while again. My family is there and it would be nice to spend time again with them and also it is easier to visit Scotland from there LOL. smile.gif
