I had dinner and several hours of pleasant conversation with mom. Baked lemon chicken, Yellow squash sauteed with diced tomatoes, eggplant, onions and garlic. Mom made the chicken, I made the squash. I learned a lot about my dad's family tonight.

Looks like it's going to be a late night at the office. Trying to get a business started is a long and tedious process. Soooo... it's probably going to be MickeyD's or something along that line. sad.gif

One of the local supermarkets has a special on Fridays and Saturdays. $4.99 for a large, one topping pizza, so I think we may do that. It's good pizza too. I've been known to stop in and get a slice for lunch.

I got a tip for you all: do NOT read restaurant reviews when you are hungry. They do not help biggrin.gif .

Didn't have pizza tonight. Instead, I had shrimp with fettucine and alfredo sauce and a can of Miller Genuine Draft.

I'm on my own for dinner tonight, so it'll probably be frozen pizza (one of the local chain supermarkets has excellent frozen pizzas pizza.gif biggrin.gif tongue.gif ) and a couple of beers, most likely MGD. No Corona or Leinenkugel's in the house cry.gif biggrin.gif .
