]AN EXCERPT FROM A POEM THAT I WROTE ON 10/11/07
WE CAN'T CHANGE WHAT WE HAVE DONE.... BUT ONLY TAKE A LESSON FROM EACH EXPERIENCE AND MAKE THE MOST OF EACH MINUTE THAT WE HAVE LEFT AND TELL OURELVES THAT IT IS OK TO LIVE, LAUGH AND CRY..... PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE ALL WORK TOGETHER TO GIVE US WHAT WE CAN AND SHOULD EXPERIENCE AND WE NEED TO CHERISH ALL OF THE TIME THAT WE SPEND WITH OURSELVES AND OTHERS MAKING THE MOST OF THE SPECIAL MEMORIES THAT ARE OURS.. AND THE ONES THAT WE HAVE YET TO CREATE WITH THE PEOPLE THAT WE HAVEN'T MET!!!!![/SIZE]
Did you know that most doctor's offices and hospitals have information on low salt and/or low sugar diets that they will be glad to give you as well as information about places you can find recipes? Did you know you could also try the American Heart Association and the Diabetes Association?
Did I say that he will probably have to be on a low salt, low sugar diet when Hubby gets out? Is intrevenous food as god as real food? I really dont' want taste it to find out, do I?
Can they put lasagna through that tube? Or pizza? George Harrison, when he was dying, asked if they could pass fish & chips through it. In answer to your question, NO! it is not! And no you do not. But is REAL hospital food as good as REAL food either? I don't think so Tim!
