QUOTE (Annabelle @ 27-Apr-2005, 08:48 PM)
Rindy the wedding is May 14th! I'll post a few pictures. The ones of the redhead on the floor asleep will be none other than the mother of the bride.

I tell ya if she adds one more freakin thing, I'm gonna scream!!!!

Oh Annabelle, your not stressed are you? I think it would be really hard to plan out a wedding. I can't even plan a dinner---I am sure it will all work out. Its not very far away. How exciting though!

Take care good hearing from you.

Finished exercising a little while ago. Two days in a row!! Now if I just keep it up. Seems is if I've been doing too much snacking over the winter. Spring clothes a little snug. tongue.gif

Listening to my iTunes playlist right now, perusing the forums and enjoying a good cup of Colombian supremo coffee. biggrin.gif

BluegrassLady, what do you do for exercising?

I like to go for a walk on one of the two main streets in my neighborhood. They're both well lighted and well traveled, so someone's bound to see it if something happens to me. I take a big cup of water, some form of ID and my Walkman.

BTW, my spring wardrobe comes from the same place as my summer, fall and winter wardrobes: the big & tall mens' department at JC Penney.

Just finished sorting through day 2's pics from my visit to Ireland. Started to upload and ran into a hitch. Not sure if I'll start on day 3 tonight or not...

Hi there BGLady, I know what you mean. Those darn pounds aren't near as hard to put on. Plus they just sneak up on you..Keep up the good work. What type of exercise are you doing? I try to treadmill 4 days a week and do Tai Chi 2x a week. Well I missed both Tai Chi's this week--oh well thats the way it is. Never give up..

Whew...Dreamer! Made me tired just reading about your day! biggrin.gif I vaguely remember those days. Now I just sit back and watch my grown kids do all the running around with their kids. wink.gif

Hi Rindy and Mike. In January my daughter, daughter-in-law and I converted a downstairs bedroom into an exercise room. Unfortunately we only used it for about two weeks before other things got in the way. Several pieces of exercise equipment are in there, but I only seem to use two. The gazelle and a very old rope exerciser that I have had and used for years. Can't even buy them anymore. When the weather is good we plan on going to the walking trail that our church put in a couple of years ago as a memorial for two women who were killed walking on our country road early one morning.

Annebelle...just 14 more days til the big event. I'm sure that it will be wonderful!! Then you need to run away yourself and relax for a few days. Being the mother of the bride myself (a few years ago), I certainly recall the craziness involved. Just remember to breathe every once in a while. I'll be thinking of you!! smile.gif

We just got back from dinner at a local fast food BBQ chain. My parents had the ribs (full slab for my dad, half slab for my mom) and I had an Italian sausage and a side order of fries. I poured some of their awesome BBQ sauce onto my sausage and on the side to dip my fries in. Yummy! drool.gif

As soon as I finished posting here, I will head downstairs and exercise for 30 minutes, then get ready to go to church with my mom. Later today we plan on going out to dinner and then a drive to enjoy the beautiful countryside.

I am having another boring day at work. Working for a college and making sure they all graduate and get the heck out of here. It has been a long semester and I am looking forward to the summer. So I am pretending to work hard and trying not to fall asleep.
