I got all the filing finished and hung out on facebook for a while so now I'm checking out the forums here. I had an appointment with my neurologist this morning and got a clean bill of health - thank goodness the hand tremors were nothing to worry about. He suggested melatonin (sublingual) to help my sleep issues and wrote me a rx for migraine meds. All is well. cool.gif

I have been trying to find sublingual melatonin to no avail. The tablets help for about 3 hours.

I have Begnine (?) Essential Tremor which wreaks havoc with typing and the "Pipes".

One little pill (primidone) 2 times a day and Walla, no tremor. It is about $3.40 a month. $3.00 at Wall Mart.
