I just ate "breakfast". I have all of Loreenas CDs. If I feel like it is going to be a ruff night at work I pop in one of her CDs and it has a soothing affect.

I'm on coffee #1 and just noodling around on the Net for awhile. I just read about the earthquake in England - one of my Doctor Who groups posted a note about it.

BTW, we did end up with flurries last night/this morning on my side of town.

Druid_of_Ark,
What type sword play do you practice?

LOL I will give ye a wee bit info on me, I lost my teacher in 95 when he died of a stroke, Not stroke of the sword...but his habitual Nickname for me was one he delighted in bestowing Raibeart nan Chlaidheimh, my skill wi the Chlaidheimh was better before my legs started going bad, now it is getting better as I force my legs to allow me to stand when using the Sword. I am beginning to reap benefit even when not using the Sword, I am saving up now for a Blackthorn Walking Stick, so that I may begin a few steps with nae the crutches nor the Wheelchair. But on my income it will be a wee bit before I can get one. So when I can afford it I hope to be strong enough to use it. Who knows one of the Lassies here may have to pay off on her offering tae dance wi me afterall. I do a mean modified Sword dance using my crutches for support even now!

Druid_of_Ark,
Well here's hoping you get your legs under ya, the Blackthorn Walking Stick of your choice and the lassie's lining up for your dance card.

Well, I'm at work and wish I were able to bring my knitting with me. Last night I started a new preemie blanket of my own design and I'd like to finish it up today. Perhaps when I get home I can finish it.

I had a phone call today from a friend whose husband just lost his job and another call from yet another friend whose husband is looking for a job and needed my referral to the lady who did my professional resume. It must be that time of year. Also, my boss had a job interview yesterday. Me? I put Kelly Services on alert that I may be needing them - you just never know around here.
