Ah, I'm dense. I thought you said it was already colored in. It might help if I actually read for comprehension.

Does anyone have any celtic-themed art and what not?

I have two, actually. While not Celtic in nature, they are faery oriented. I do have plans for some tats with a Celtic theme for the future.

And here's my other tat. I had to make it small and it's a little fuzzy in the pic.

QUOTE (Annabelle @ 14-Mar-2005, 10:53 AM)
Come on somebody who has a tatoo, is $65 high or low?

I'm coming in late to this message, but thought I'd respond. I think $65 is a fair price.

To give you some kind of cost comparison, my tatoo artist in Rochester charges $100 an hour. The tat on my back took 2.5 hours. She's very reasonable for the area.

Good luck and get pics after it's done!

Cheers,

~Mel smile.gif

I also have a wonderful tat...if someone can tell me how to post it in here...I can show you...she is a lovely piece from Amy Brown....see below for her web link. Mine is The Phoenix...after finally being free of a difficult relationship, I gave her to myself - symbolically, me being able to rise above and start again...plus I live in the Phoenix area...so...if I can figure it out...I'll be happy to share!

I'd grab a copy of XnView and use that to resize the image to something like 640x480 or smaller. Worst case hit me on the private message and I'll give you my email address and can spruce it up.

Very cool. Not the typical faerie/butterfly tattoo. smile.gif

biggrin.gif AYE Oldraven she be the one! Now mine does have a different color scheme to brighten her up. The stone that she is standing on...on my ankle covers up an old tat...it is a great coverup and my artist has excellent skill with clear/tight lines! You can see more of their work at: www.clubtattoo.com, enter the site & my artist is Terry aka Wookie...it is fun to see the examples of his work. My tat did not make it to the web page but there is a pic in his book of 'excellent cover-ups'. I will try to get my pic on here asap... smile.gif
