I can understand the first two, but what is your facination with Jefferson? What would you ask him?

He was a party animal and a founding father and a womanizer. Just would want to know how he could were so many hats.

I'm thinkin' that your wife knows how wonderful her daughter is. Anyway, that's just my way of thinking and knowing. I know my mom is watching over my daughter and my grandbabies. thumbs_up.gif

People posting about noshing with Keith Moon and Pete Townshend made me think of others I would love to meet (those 2 included).

Being a drummer there are some luminaries (read Gods!) I would consider an honor to meet.

Neil Pert of Rush (my all time fav rock drummer)
Buddy Rich
Gene Krupa
Jim Kilpatrick (14 World Pipe Band Drumming championships and current champion)

I'm sure there are more, but these are the biggies.

Got to meet Buddy several times at Disneyland. During the summer months, he played there a lot. My uncle was a jazz musician who played at D-land for 20 years and he always got me in to see Buddy. Cool guy, and took time to talk with his "people." (other drummers)

sound like a right good DinnerParty.
if a table holds six and it is going to be three men and three women who would you pick?
it would be you and five others.
Mine would be
Leonardo DeVinchy [to show him some photos of modern inventions and see if he could improve the windows operating system]
Eve [did she realy pick the apple]
Boudica [queen of the Eceni]
Anne Bolyn [did she have that sixth finger on her left hand]
my Brother [who was given up for adoption before I was born] for obvious reasons.
The food would be one dish brought by each of the guests to see their favorate food.
My food would be Faggots and Peas [Welsh dish]

Living person: Jim Calavangh (Played the Count of Monte Cristo and plays Jesus in the new Passion movie fixing to come out that Mel Gibson directed )
Jim is a strong christian and he just showed his movie to Billie Graham and when it was over Billie Graham was crying and speachless. I'd like to hear more about it from Jim.

Dead person: Are they going to have any flesh still on them? Are they going to scare me? Hummm? Would they come to the table with worms crawling in and out?
I'd have to really think about this before I invite a dead person. My mom's dead and I don't think she'd deliberately try to scare me. But it would still be a scary experience. Nope I vote, no dead people at the table please. It might not go good with dessert.
