Oh, forgot to add! What I find even more hysterical is the Native American romance books. To have all these white-looking guys with dark skin and feathers in their hair on the covers holding some white babe with her dress off her shoulders really cracks me up.
Realm: Éire (okay fine, it's really PA, USA but that's just boring.)
Ooo I recently saw this book called 'Highlander Unbound', I read the back with a grin. Oh how amusing they are.
If we could just stand here, without the words, would that be enough? ..Look at the sky now. What color is it? Or the way a hawk flies. Or you wake up and your ribs are bruised thinking so hard on somebody. What do you call that?

I absolutely love the book "King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table". I read in highschool and I have to tell you it is my all time favorite "historical romance novel". I don't know who wrote it at this moment
There's a dear little plant that grows in our Isle Twas St . Patrick himself, sure, that set it; And the sun of his labour with pleasure did smile, And with dew from his eye often wet it. It grows through the bog, through the brake, through the Mireland, and they call it the dear little shamrock of Ireland.
Ah! Romance novels, that most unguilty of guilty pleasures, lol. My favorite romance authors are:
Kathleen E. Woodiwiss Bertrice Small Julie Garwood Janelle Taylor Nora Roberts/J.D. Robb Johanna Lindsey (though, over the last few years, her books haven't been all that great, with a few exceptions)
and Julia Quinn, I just love Lady Whistledown!
And about the covers, you'd think they could find models who at least had the same hair color as the people in the books. It's kinda ridiculous to have a blonde model if the heroine in the book as black hair!
