1/4 L Red Wine
1/4 L Water
100 g Sugar
40 g Starch
150 g Whipping Cream
Fill the red wine, water and sugar into a pot. The add the juice of half a lemon and the egg yolk. Add the starch and whisk well.
Now heat slowly on medium heat but DO NOT boil so the yolk won't get solid.
After ca. 5 minutes the mixture begins to thicken. Fill into a bowl and place the bowl into cold water. Stir with a whisk until the mixture is cold.
Whip up the cream and carefully fold into the red-wine-mixture.
Fill it into little bowls or one big bowl and let get solid in the fridge for about 2 hours or longer.
I tell you people, it's lovely!!!
