When I do go to movies, it's usually a matinee. 1) It's cheaper, and 2) All the kiddies are still in school. tongue.gif

Cheaper-thats what does it for me.
I also cannot stand disruptive people at the theatre!

Just watched hitchhikers guide wasn't as good as I had hoped but still worth seeing.I liked the BBC series better but nothing is as good as the books.

Will be leaving in about 20 minutes to go see "Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy". Never read any of the books and the only other interesting thing isn't out yet.

Can you guess what I'm talking about?

Hint: look down!

FYI, today I bought my ticket to "Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith" online via Fandango!

That means I won't have to stand in line at the box office behind some loser in a Darth Vader helmet! clap.gif

I'm going to see Star Wars III tomorrow as well.

I love the fact it comes out tomorrow, it means that a lot of the world is excited for my 21st as well!!!!!!! OK, for a different reason, but the whole world is anticipating it nonetheless.
I bought my ticket online about 2 weeks ago!!

Sunday night, I went to see Monster-in-Law. It's funny, but these films where children-in-law and parents-in-law don't get on is now becoming an old storyline. We've seen Meet the Parents and Meet the Fockers, there's no need to regurgitate it over and over.

That's great, Mike! Let us know what you think!

Siarls, the problem with these movies like you mention is that the sequels are never as good as the first movie. The only exception I have seen is the Lord of the Rings Triology and Star Wars movies.

I went to see "Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith" yesterday at the local cineplex. It was good but not great. Roger Ebert gave it three stars and I agree with him. The special effects and fight/battle scenes are spectacular. However, the dialogue seemed a little forced.
