Did a job in Edmonton once. Service call at a refinery. So damn cold our tools broke. Nigh perished I did. Needless to say I didn't like it much. That was back in the 60s'. Camac.

Just the other week a Forklift's prong broke sheer off while picking up pipe skids (outdoors). Very fortunate that no one was standing in the area at the time. It happened once again thereafter.

The winter this year didn't seem as long. Sure we have had a few coldsnaps, but they wouldn't last more than 4 days, warm up, then drop again...but a tolerable cold
