My family's soldier will be home for Christmas. I have a daughter shipping out to Navy basic in February. My grandfather was in the Navy and my great uncle served in the Army during the D day campaign. The Armed Forces are always in my thoughts and prayers.
Yes, Please remember our Troops this time of Christmas. We just had a National Guard unit from my town just came home from Iraq. . All of the members of the Armed forces need our thoughts and Prayers, regardless of your thoughts of the war.

Well you're in for a whopper! and I don't mean a burger. It started snowing here In Lindsay Ontario this morning and it hasn't stopped yet. Last measure 6 1/2 inches of the white stuff. I will be plowing all night!
The Scots of course insist that the pipes produce music. But the point is after all not too important. For those who love them, the pipes can evoke more vividly than any other instrument, high emotion, they can inspire valor, and tell of tragic tales of battles long ago. They can call forth merriment or sentiment. It does not matter what the sound is called, those who are deaf to its merits would not understand anyway.
