Hey all,
As expected I took it from my dog, a solid black Scottish Border Collie, the last one of the litter, everyone else wanted the mixed coloured ones, oh well their loss as she was the prize of the bunch.

Been using it for years. About 15 in fact, along with a few others. Why I picked this one and not another of my "regulars" names for use here, I don't really remember. Not sure if there really was a reason or if it was a random pick.

...all are song titles, as well
Although, now that I think about it, redeemed has been "retired" for about a decade. I think the next forum I register at, it will be as redeemed. smile.gif

I have two modes: wiseass and dumbass. Mode is determined by current blood alcohol level.

Drinking is a sport. In order to be competitive, you must practice on a regular basis. Although you can practice alone, it is much more fun to practice with friends. If you're out of shape and practice too hard, you will regret it the next day.

Mine “mainopsman” comes from my former job. Before my last retirement I worked for over 20 years for a very large 9-1-1 Center as an Operations Supervisor (or shift commander). One of my staff referred to me all the time as the main supervisor man. Hence “mainopsman, and the name has stuck.

Well, let's see. When I first started being part of this forum many years ago, I was originally "Desertrose" for several reasons. My name is Rosemary, I am often nicknamed Rose by friends, I live in the desert and my artwork and photography are marketed through "desertrose images." But being part of a Celtic site, I though for some odd reason that I should be called Celtic Rose. For a long while I have regretted this decision and may indeed change my username here back to desertrose...if the administrator will allow. So don't be suprised if my username changes.

I can always be called by Rose from you all either way smile.gif It is part of my real name!

Shadows, I so get the name you have been given. What a blessing!

As you all can see, administrator of this site has granted me back my original username, desertrose! I already explained why I had chosen this name to begin with.
