I just did my beard with a number 2 trim comb and am trying to get my wife to cut my hair here at home. I think she is afraid she'll mess it up, but I just get a number 2 buzz on the sides and a 3 on top. How hard can it be and we would save $15 for the cut and $5 on the tip.

The last I had my hair cut was about 2 months ago and did the job myself. Because I was fed up with them so long and in the way. I was sick in bed and couldn't lift my arm to plaid them so they were in the way all the time. So I took care of it bend my head dowwn and cut about 7 to 8 inches out.

They're growing back slowly.

No, not really when I say they grow back slowly I mean that I'm not afraid that they'll grow again. They're already a bit lower than the middle of my back now.
I think the roots dips in water that's why they grow like that! lol.gif

Just got a cut today. It was only $12.00 but with a wash and the beard I tipped more. She told me her husband suggested she give herself a "raise" but she was afraid she would lose business. I am certain the raise will have to come.

Today is the last day my hairdresser will cut my hair! She will be moving. It may be emotional and I am in a panic attack thinking where I am going to get it cut. Here goes 23 dollars. Tomorrow I will do my own highlights wish me luck.

I like the way my hairdresser high-lites hair, but not the way she cuts it, it's horrible, so I go to someone else for haircuts, who is so-so.The high-lite person is hard to make conversation with, it always feels so strained and akward, sh'es just out of high-school, why is getting your hair done so stressful?

mike did you visit Joe yet? How often do you get yours cut?

ctbard-lol.. It shouldn't be stressful. But I understand I've been to a few like that and it makes me nervous. At least it always grows back. I haven't had time to highlight it yet will let ya know. I like the Garnier Color Breaks-

Well I found out my hairdresser hasn't sold her house yet so I get one more cut may be two. Ended up costing $25 just to cut it no blow dry rinse or anything. So I come home and have to do all that..she cut it pretty short..I am thinking may be a new hairdresser might be better. I used to have one that was really great she would pamper her customers.

got my highlights done I am satisfied just might be a wee bit redder than I like. Ah well. It's hard just getting 7 or 8 strands. I tend ot get a bit more. I also found out why it didn't take last time I did it. The directions said your hair was to be damp...so it worked fine.

My hair has a tendency to go red when I colour it so that's why I let the professional do it. wink.gif Now that I got my tax stimulus money (which is heading for the dentist since I still owe on a crown) I may hold out enough to get my highlights done.

I can say that I am enjoying my hair in its curly state. It is sooooo much easier to take care of in the mornings. I don't use gel on it, though, because I don't like the stiff feeling I get. I switched to a product called Flat-Out which keeps the frizz down but still lets it curl. Now, if we can just control that sneaky reddishness that keeps trying to appear, things will be great!

I just visited my barber today.

I normally get it cut once a month.

That's the amount of time it takes my buzz to grow out to the length where I need to comb it biggrin.gif .

I hate getting haircuts, I look really bad with short hair, I get it every couple months but my mom literally has to drag me in there, oh well. Here haircuts cost like $23 maybe more, I bet my moms costs somewhere around $60 because she always has it colored, cut and styled. Haircuts are expensive. I'm no friend to a comb either MDF3530 wink.gif

That's why I get buzzes, so I don't have to comb it for three weeks biggrin.gif ?

Plus, buzzes are a true classic man's haircut. Classics never go out of style.
