I recently moved to the Appalachians and rediscovered this music. My Da grew up in SW VA and we spent some of most summers there. Growing up we heard Irish and Appalacian music played by my parents. The closest university to here even has a degree program in bluegrass.

I was needing to dig this thread up anyway.

The playlists on Mountain Legacy have hit Critical mass, I do believe. But I'm always looking for new material.

There have been some major shakeups in the playlist over the last couple weeks as I try to keep the material fresh smile.gif

The Mountain Legacy play list has had yet another slight shakeup tonight in my attempts to keep the material fresh and varied. Thanks to MacFive, I have been able to greatly diversify the artists played on Mountain Legacy over the last month or so. Enjoy!
