In case you ever get these two environments confused, this should clear
things up a bit.

In JAIL you spend the majority of your time in a 1010 cell. At your JOB you
get a 66 cubicle.

In JAIL you get three free meals per day. At your JOB, you get a break for 1
meal and you have to pay for it.

In JAIL you get time off for good behavior. At your JOB you get more your
work for good behavior.

In JAIL the guard locks and unlocks all the doors for you. At your JOB you
have to carry a security card and open all the doors yourself.

In JAIL you get to watch TV and play games. At your JOB, you'll get fired
for doing that.

In JAIL they allow you to see your friends and family. At your JOB, you're
not even supposed to speak to them.

In JAIL you spend most of your time inside bars wanting to get out. At your
JOB, you spend most of your time wanting to be in bars.

In JAIL you have to deal with a sadistic, irritated, grumpy and impatient
warden. At your JOB, he's called your boss.

There is something seriously wrong with this picture. now get back to your
JOB! You're not getting paid to read jokes!

This rather optomistic view of corporate life has been floating around the Internet for years. I'm in one more akin to supermax. I've got more like a 3x3 space, and at least most prisoners are allowed to take the chains off when they're in their cell. I'd get fired for that.

But on the positive note in jail you do not get paid, on the job you get paid, weakly very weakly.
