Oh Valpal! How completely adorable! My neighbor has a Corgi and they are really great dogs. How old is Angus? Give us the scoop and keep us posted on your new pup's antics. Have fun! How many dogs do you have now?

I did "dog mom haircuts" today on my three Shelties. Meaning mom cut their fur. Poor guys, but I can't afford to take all three to the groomer anymore. They all look like pups again! LOL But here in AZ, it gets pretty hot for this breed so they do need to get rid of a lot of their fur. Plus, they're shedding like crazy, otherwise!

DesertRose, He is almost 4 months old. We think he is a corgi-austalian shepard or border collie mix. He and Bailey get along really well together. It was the best thing we could of done for Bailey. Kept telling hubby we needed another dog to keep Bailey company. When we got Angus he told me I was right. Well duh. LOL
We now have 2 dogs and 4 cats. I am the biggest sucker walking the face of the earth. I think we have paid all of the wages at the Vet. clinic for this year as everyone except angus is spayed and neutered. He will be after he gets a couple more of his puppy shots. The cats are just getting comforatable with Angus and it is starting to be a 3 ring circus at our house.

Valpal, congratulations on the beautiful baby!

Princes paws is due in about 3 weeks. The gazelle that bounded up the rock walls is now a water buffalo that uses the steps. The Royal Pool was opened this week, so she will be able to get more exercise up to the Royal Delivery. We were asked by 2 different vets to get ultrasound or mri to count puppies. Instead of flushing the bank account, we will count them when the come out. We will keep you all posted of developments and post pics in due course.

Karenrah, Thanks for the update on Princess Paws and the Royal babies. My 3 ring circus will will be mild compared to yours. Looking forward to pictures. I wish her a safe and easy delivery.

Note the kiddy wading pool that is employed for "puppy containment". When the get big enough to climb the walls, we include a short fence.

One more Pic. This one answers the question: "where do puppies come from?"

Princess Paws is being a WONDERFUL mother. Very attentive and loving. She sits under my (or Maisky's) desk but runs when a puppy squeeks. She has learned what their sounds mean and responds accordingly. Not bad for 3 days on the job. We have one girl (Fitzpatrick's Stormy Sky) and 5 males. One of the males is sold already. Our goal is to have them sold by the time they are ready to wean. Princess Storm will remain with us.

The puppies are getting bigger and fatter. Princess Paws is still being wonderful. She goes out and works our pool parties (entertainent), and checks in on the pups hourly. She loves playing with children in the pool. She plays ball and likes keep-away with her basketball. I will post more pics when fat-head.....errr.....my loving husband, Maisky, gets them downloaded to the comp.

Well, the eyes are opening and they are starting to totter around on their legs. They fall over a lot. Princess Paws is still being a GREAT mommy. Here is another pic. as an interim report.
