Thanks Gwen - seeing that I have had plenty of GA sunshine I will pass it on to the next poster.
"He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust."" Psalm 91:1-2
"Be what you would seem to be--or, if you'd like it put more simply--Never imagine yourself not to be otherwise than what it might appear to others that what you were or might have been was not otherwise than what you had been would have appeared to them to be otherwise." from "Alice in Wonderland"
I will hang on to the sunshine for Thursday when we are expecting rain.
Passing my Ace Bandages to the next poster since I got the stitches out today and they had found a bone fragment in the inside of the cyst. It could have been bad news if I had done what many do with a ganglian cyst and whacked it with a Bible, which is the old home remedy. Doctor said the bone fragment would have sliced my artery and no more me!
My kitty cat will chase them out of my yard!!! and maybe even play with them!!!
throws a bottle of shaving cream at the next poster
]AN EXCERPT FROM A POEM THAT I WROTE ON 10/11/07
WE CAN'T CHANGE WHAT WE HAVE DONE.... BUT ONLY TAKE A LESSON FROM EACH EXPERIENCE AND MAKE THE MOST OF EACH MINUTE THAT WE HAVE LEFT AND TELL OURELVES THAT IT IS OK TO LIVE, LAUGH AND CRY..... PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE ALL WORK TOGETHER TO GIVE US WHAT WE CAN AND SHOULD EXPERIENCE AND WE NEED TO CHERISH ALL OF THE TIME THAT WE SPEND WITH OURSELVES AND OTHERS MAKING THE MOST OF THE SPECIAL MEMORIES THAT ARE OURS.. AND THE ONES THAT WE HAVE YET TO CREATE WITH THE PEOPLE THAT WE HAVEN'T MET!!!!![/SIZE]
Since I live in the great state of Florida, land of sunshine and beaches, I will use the shaving cream to get ready for fun at the beach and I will toss beach sand at the poster!
"Nature always wears the colors of the spirit." -
Ralph Waldo Emerson
Forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair.
In every walk with nature one receives far more than he seeks.
"Climb the mountains and get their good tidings. Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop off like autumn leaves."
