Kylassie I am soo proud of your promotion-oh pardon me- coronation! I am glad that you are the new Queen of Scotland Then again, I already know that you are queen, at least of our house and my heart!
Welcome, Kyladdie! Nice to have the other half of Kylassie on board.
I guess I need to know Kylassie's other half, since we are going to Scotland, (first either her or me will have to win the lottery or some nice person buys our tickets for us). It might take us a while before we get home cause I HAVE to visit Ireland.
My hubby got a kick out of the avator I chose. She reminds me of what I think Queen Boudicea would look like and she is, my hero!
Keep posting and before long you and Ky will be of the upmost standing in the Queenly and Kingly World.
Vera Hip, Ky. There is so many to choose from, It was a job to try to pick one out. I have a hard time making my mind up, some tell me it's a female thing!!
It suits you very well. (I'm not sure it's the right way to say that but I hope you understand what I mean. It's not easy to keep a good english when you don't have a chance to practice...)
Thanks for the kind words. I know that Kylassie has talked about going to Scotland for a while. I have a long way to go to become a king of Scotland, but I will do it one post at a time. Between you and me, (although I bet Kylassie will read this and find out) I think that our new queen will have to walk through the door sideways because of her head swelling since she is the new queen. Not even going to go into the big crown that she has already envisioned for herself! It is a good thing that I build things out of wood, because our doorways probably will need to be enlarged for her highness Just kidding!
From this day forward, please feel free to practice your English Skills here. If something comes up that you do not understand, or if we don't understand you, we will just ask more questions of one another and keep the lines of communication as open as possible. British Spellings are acceptable such as "colour" for "color" and "centre" for "center."
We have been having alot of storms come thru my area lately. Hail damage, trees and telephone lines down. This morning about 1:30 a.m. supposedly a tornado had touched down wher my oldest daughter lives. Needless to say, Mom and Dad jumps in the car to check to see if all is ok. A few trees down in her neighborhood, the fire department was already there clearing up the damage. What a night!! Thank the Good Lord above that everyone was ok.
By the way, this is my two hundredth post.!
