Sign-up here: http://www.celticradio.net/medieval/signup.php Make sure you are logged into CelticRadio.net before accessing that page. Well, it should give you a login page if you are not signed in. Let me know if you can then access the game. |

| It's a java based program so you need to make sure you have an up to date java client. Not sure if that will fix your problem but its a step. |

| Sorry, I was gone yesterday. I still cannot get to the login page. It keeps me on the signup page. If I try to sign up again it says that I am already signed up. |

Of course it does. You have an unsupported member name. Early in the year we announced that any member names with spaces in it would no longer be supported by the system. No worries though. We can change your member name to not include any spaces. Just send us a technical support request. |

We have updated your member name so it no longer contains a space. Remember when logging in your member name no longer has the space. Let us know if you can now get into the game. |

| Rebecca Ann, We updated your name to drop the space. Let me know if you can get in now. Also, we have been doing some bandwidth tweaks tonight - hence the reason for some of the issues. I think we are done for the night though. |

We reset your account. Make sure you do not change your password in game as this could lock you out of the game. I am not sure if you did that or not, but there was some weird data on your password field. Could be a bug. Try entering the game again. |
