A grim storm hit Scotland today, and it's not over yet. Old Man Winter seems to still be holding on to parts of the country.

This was Britain's worst winter in 31 years, but the snowfall has made Scotland's ski season thrive.

Today's storm, on the other hand, has caused some problems.

Over 20,000 homes were briefly left powerless as high winds, snow, rain and ice battered the country. According to ScottishPower, Ayrshire was the worst hit because 7,000 homes were without power in Largs and Fairlie.

We have certainly had some unusual weather of late. It causes one to wonder if we are observing normal cycles not global warming.
