We are getting it with our first big? snowstorm now-looks like we will have about 6-8 inces of the white stuff coming down over the weekend. At least its not too cold out but lake effect snow doesn't make for real great visability so driving around in this stuff is a pain. Should be all over by Monday (of course) and then I can get back to a regularly scheduled freezing of me arse.

It's 59 degrees out near Stone Mountain but I think we're actually going to have some winter weather this week. I might even have to wear a coat! Imagine that?

It's 50 degrees outside but the wind is gusting up to 33mph! When I walked into the office around lunchtime, there were leaves all over the lobby that had blown in.
The temperature is around 10 C here on the wet coast - I'm in Point Roberts, WA on the British Columbia border. We are experiencing a deluge - there is supposed to be about 100 mm ( 4 inches) of rain today (Dec 3).
Everything is under about six inches of snow. It has been snowing since Friday night, and is supposed to keep going tonight and tomorrow.

"I am a Canadian by birth, but I am a Highlander by blood and feel under an obligation to do all I can for the sake of the Highlanders and their literature.... I have never yet spoken a word of English to any of my children. They can speak as much English as they like to others, but when they talk to me they have to talk in Gaelic."

"He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog. You are his life, his love, his leader. He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart.
It's now around 55 degrees and windy but not as bad as yesterday. Today's gusts are only up to about 20 mph. I just checked the forecast for the rest of the week and we'll be partyly cloudy mostly in the 60's until the weekend. Nice weather to go out in the evening to look at the Christmas lights with the kids.
What's it like out side? Let me be brief: Michigan weather sucks! Why did I ever come back to this stupid, economically retarded, cold, wet, sloppy state?!!
I should have stayed in Colorado. Ah! God's country!
To paraphrase Sam Kinisen: OH! OH! AAAAAAH!
(Currently it's 25F, wind from the north at 13 mph, humidity 55%, wind chill 12 degrees F)
