We (Arminta and Blaq Lily) smile.gif played at this cool pub in Downers Grove, IL last night for the first time and I just thought that I should share with all you good people what a great place it is for music

They have a wide variety of Celtic music and you can find it there almost 7 days a week! You can go to their webstie http://www.ballydoylepub.com/ to check out who is coming.


Also sorry I didn't think to post that we had a show in the Chicago land area sad.gif

The bright side is that Vette Gal somehow found out and showed up last night!

That was a pleasant suprise as it is always a pleasure to meet our friends from the Celtic Radio boards (Big Grin)

Any way if you live in Chicago or plan to visit there in the future I highly recomend this pub!!

I had a GREAT time!! Music was absolutely Great!! I hope you will be back and I promise next time to bring a bunch of my rowdy friends!! CD's are awesome, haven't stopped listening to Sanctuary. Need to get it back into rotation here though. It was really nice to meet all of you. Let me know the next time you are here so I can be there.

We are working on another date at Ballydoyle, but are trying to schedule it out a ways due to Arminta's pending surgery

Also this was a bonus weekend because Aaediwen came out and met with us at the Common Ground in Lexington, KY the next night. A good time was had by all.......at least I had a good time smile.gif speaking strictly for myself tongue.gif
