The "Response Frae a Haggis" is brilliant!
I've never been to a Burns Supper. I know the Pittsburgh St. Andrews Society does one, but I fear it's probably not the informal "starter model." I'd love to find one of those and give it a try. |

I'm also having trouble in both my Firefox and Safari browsers on a Mac.
The Firefox browser hasn't been liking the website in general for the past week or so, for some reason. |

I listen mostly here on the website while I am at work; occasionally I stream through a third-party app on my phone. |

Oh, I was there! It was a perfect day for it! I'm already looking forward to next year. In the meantime, I'm planning to go to the Pittsburgh Tartan Day in April. |

Hello everyone,
I found the radio station a few weeks ago when I was going through withdrawal following our local Highland Games. I love all things Scottish and always have; my great-great grandfather was born in Fochabers, and even though it's only one branch of the family tree, it's the one with which I've always felt the most connection.
It looks like these forums have gone through a bit of a dry spell but may be picking up again. I hope that's the case and that I can contribute a bit to the discussions.
Hope everyone has a lovely day. |
