1 can of red kidney beans, drained 1 can of borlotti bean, drained 3-4 spring onions trimme, sliced and chopped finely 2 Tbsp wholegrain mustard 2 Tbsp honey 4 tbsp freshley chopped coriander 2 tbsp olive oil juice of one lemon
1. Gently stir together the beans and onions 2. in a small bowl, beat together the remaining ingreiebnts an season to taste with salt and pepper 3. Pour over the beans andd stir gently 4. Serve as part of a buffet table or as a starter with warm bread
I make a wash tub and eat off of it for the whole week. Enjoy!
