In honor of the News Babes thread, lets look at another topic.
Who is your favorite female singer (talent notwithstanding)?
Who do you like to watch, and listen to? Who's CD cover do you look at while listening? Who makes your heart flutter not just with their voice but with their beauty? Oh, you know what I mean!

My list: wub.gif
Pop - Stevie Nicks. I am a bigtime Stevie fan!!!
Country-Shania Twain, Terry Clark, Martina McBride
Jazz- Diane Krall

Okay, your turn.

No Girls Allowed!!!!

I'm showing my age but I've always thought Olivia Newton-John was a real cutie.

Yes, I will marry (the 1970's) Olivia Newton-John on any day. Period.

I also had a crush on Karen Carpenter.

"Like to watch"? Father forgive me, for I have sinned. I do have to publically admit that if you DON'T consider ANYTHING else but the VISUAL, then I fawn over Britney Spears.

Shamalama,
I think Karen Carpenter had one the most melodic singing voices I have ever heard.

As for Britney, yeah I know where you are coming from. I have to say though her music videos can be darn near to pornographic!

Hey there jp! I gotta agree with you on Stevie Nicks! I just love her music, both her solo stuff as well as her work with Fleetwood Mac! And she's a beautiful woman too!

Have you seen the three sisters who sing with their brother in the Irish pop band the Coors? Hubba hubba! And I love their music too! Their Irish roots show most strongly in their first album, but the others are good too!

I would marry the 2005 Olivia Newton-John wub.gif (Maybe a few more pounds and a few more wrinkles, but still a cutie IMHO).
