Hi, I'm new. I'm Kelly. Until a year an a half ago, I played strictly brass instruments. I recently set the Tuba, baritone & trombone down to concentrate on pipes. I'm really beginning to love celtic music! I love a good cup of coffee in the morning , and enjoy a pint or two of Guinness when I go out. I'll be 46 on March 4th. I'd love to hear from anyone.
So glad you found our site - I hope you really feel at home here and enjoy not only the great Celtic music, but the very nice people and the thought-provoking forums!
When you have a chance, start wandering around and get a feel for the place that you hopefully start to call your "online home and family".
I look forward to getting to know you and read more of your posts - blessings upon your day!
Hello and Welcome! My daugthers b-day is March 4th, she will be 10....how time flys. Anyway, I once had to play the tuba in our high school band. I didn't like it at all. I usually played the tenor sax, but the tuba player moved and no one wanted to volunteer to try learning the tuba. Since I played the clarinet as well, I thought it would be nice to try and learn something else, so I volunteered. Thank goodness, it was only for the last half of the school year. I love the sound of the pipes though!
