I know it's going to take time for Irag to get back to some kind of normal once we get rid of Sadam and his co-conspirators but why can't this be a loan?

I'd rather spend the money than to have another tower of some kind come down here in the US...we still have the Sears Tower and others that could be targets...

Easy cause Bush wants to have something to hold over the Iraqis head like hey remember when I gave you $87 billion of the US tax payers money. Now you can scratch my back. As I said before the war this war has nothing to do with freedom for iraqis that is just an added bonus Bush is really after the oil why is it you think where still there was it not Bush who said in May that the turn over should take weeks? Now it's been months and $87 billion later were still there.
