Well we should be closing on our condo with in the next few days!
We were supposed to close Monday the 16th, but that didn't work out too well. So my broker called me last night and said as soon as I get my proof of employment, she will send it back in and we should be able to close either today or monday!!!!
This is the first home either of us has bought. We are so excited!
It has 2 master bedrooms, 2 master baths, 1,273 sqr ft, decks off both the bed rooms, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, Maytag Neptune washer and dryer, garden tubs in both bath rooms and one of the bed rooms over looks our club house and pool!
The club house has a full kitchen, a gym with over 28 pieces of equipment, a conference room and a computer room. We also have 2 sand volley ball courts and a tots play area with a jungle gym.
Can you tell house happy I am??!
