Dunfermline was an Ancient Capital of Scotland, and many Scottish Kings and Queens are buried in Dunfermline Abbey, Fife, including "The Bruce". |

Mal I think a lot of us suffer fro depression at sometime or other After several operations to my knee, I had to retire on medical grounds. My leg hurt, I was in pain both mentally & physically. I was angry & upset at not being able to do the things I'd always done, cycling, running, walking, playing rugby etc etc. I inernalised the anger, but it kept on breaking out by my swings in mood, and nightmares when asleep. My wife urged me to go to the Doctors. I refused at first, thinking that the stigma of admitting I wasn't well mentally, would mean that people would think less of me. But Lindsay eventually persuaded me to see the doc., who was very kind a responsive. She suggested getting therapy, but again I refused, thinking I didn't need it but evenually I went. I got a lot of support from friends and colleagues, I also had a little presciton help (prozac) & that helped immensly. Eventually I started seeing things in a different light, was more positive, I started to teach myself how to use the computer, I tookk our dogs out for walks and began to feel better about myself. You just can't pick yourelf up, nad dust yourself down when your feeling so low, you have to accept that you need help to get yourself back together, there's not always an easy solution. |

Mal Evans
I'm back, after a long lay off!! Right3 things re. Plymouth & Cornwall. Cornwall is a county on the Western tip of mainland Britain. Plymouth is on the east of the Taymar River, Cornwall is on the west The Taymar is the natural boundary so it is unlikely that Portsmouth was ever part of Cornwall. The main "Industry" in Cornwall is tourism, one of the biggest attractions is The Eden Project http://www.edenproject.com/ There are China Clay quarries but the Tin Mines have long gone.
On a comletely different subject, Braintree is a town in the county of Essex, in England; http://directory.google.com/Top.....
Hope this info helps. Welshman |

welshman Hello folks I like the idea of all 3 domain names, especially the celtic one, but do see the problems assiciated with it. Will ther be a price to pay for registering all 3.....maybe it would be less expensive to just plump for 1? Anyway I think it's a great idea.

welshman O.K. folks!!! The original Plymouth is in England in the county of Devon which borders of Cornwall. It holds a large naval base, where the bulk of the British Fleet sits. It was bombed extensively during the 2nd World War, & lost most of it's old town centre. |

welshman Just a thought, I haven't checked to see if it's already been suggested, but wouldn't it be a good idea to put a clock on the site so we can tell what your time is. That way folk from all over the world will know what time it is in your part.
P.S. Where are the clickable Santas |
