The dates for the premiere production of CLARINDA, the new Scottish musical play on the life of Nancy McLehose (which was launched with showcases of the music at the Burns an' a' that Festival at Ayr in May) have just been announced.

The show will open on Wednesday 23 January and run for 12 performances until 2 February 2008. It will be at the Netherbow Theatre which is part of the new Scottish Storytelling Centre (housed in John Knox House on Edinburgh's Royal Mile), 400 yards from Canongate Cemetery where Nancy McLehose (Clarinda) is buried.

Prior to then another new Scottish musical play by the same writers (Mike Gibb & Kevin Walsh), "Sunday Mornings On Dundee Law", will enjoy its premiere at the Byre Theatre, St Andrews, running from 2 to 5 May.
