O'siyo,
Forgive me if I did not post this in the correct thread/forum but, I have a question..being of Native American ancestory I have never heard of this dish if that is what it is..Can anyone tell me what Haggis is? Again, forgive me if I didn't spell it correctly ~smile~ How is it served? How is it prepared? Where did it originate? Is it served with 'side dishes'? Reason I am asking is a friend very near and dear to me spoke of it a few days ago and before I could ask what it was we got off on another topic ~smile~ Any information on this would be greatly appreciated! ~smile~

Went to the website (saved in favorites), and went to Scotlands forum on recipes..Ni Ya We Shadows for sending me to informative sites that could answer my questions and provide various ways in preparing this dish..I will say, not certain that I would ever be able to indulge in this culinary dish...
