I like the bagpipes too, especially when they're paired with drums. I don't know why some people are so set against them- I guess like Donajhi said, they just have bad taste in music! lol |

In heaven, a man and woman fall in love. They go to Saint Peter and ask if he can find a priest to perform a marriage ceremony. Peter agrees. A few days go by, and they haven't heard back from Peter. They find him and ask him what's taking so long. Peter looks frustrated, and responds that he's looking. A few weeks go by, and finally Peter shows up with a priest. The couple is married, and a few blissful weeks pass.
Several months later, though, they decide things aren't working out between them. They go to find Peter again. "We want to get a divorce."
Saint Peter explodes. "What!? It was hard enough finding a priest, and now you want me to find a lawyer?" |

I've never gotten pulled over- but not for lack of speeding. lol If/when I do get pulled over, I'd probably give some boring (and true) excuse like, "I'm going to be late for school/work!" |

I read through all 116 pages of this thread over the last few days, and haven't laughed so much in quite awhile! So many great jokes!
Here's one I read today.
A little girl asked her mother if she could take their dog, Belle, for a walk. Her mom said, "No, Belle's in heat right now."
The girl asked what that meant, and her mom said to go talk to her father. The girl found her father in the garage. She said, "I want to take Belle for a walk around the block, but Mommy says I can't 'cause she's in heat."
Her father took a cloth, dipped it in gasoline, and rubbed it on Belle's butt. "Now you can take her for a walk." he said.
The girl did, but after a few minutes she came home without the dog. "Where's Belle?" her dad asked.
The girl replied, "She ran out of gas halfway around the block, so another dog is pushing her home." |

In Idaho, we're paying $3.22...of course, I haven't seen prices for a couple of days, so it could have gone up. lol
Unfortunately, there's not much I can do to save on gas. I drive about 30 miles to and from school every day, and I don't know of anyone I could carpool with. I'm hoping I'll be able to trade cars with my dad soon- I'm driving a Kia Sportage, and he has a 2-door Ford Aspire that gets better mileage. |

Get her some tools, fishing gear, etc, so you can use it if she doesn't want it. Just wrap it up real nice and give her a card, and she won't mind.
I want to get my own car, but don't have enough money for a good used one. What should I do? |

For starters, don't take any water, or anything to carry water in. Don't bother with sunscreen either- all that talk about skin cancer is just a marketing ploy. Other things you won't need- a tent, sleeping bag, hat, food (there's a McDonalds practically everywhere these days!), and compass or GPS. When you get to the desert, just pick a direction and walk for a couple of hours, then see where you end up! You'll probably be away from it all!
