What did you have for dinner tonight?

Tonight was easy for me. Three soft shell tacos without lettuce from Taco Bell and a bottle of Moosehead beer.

Came home from work and my 11 year old daughter had made up a recipe and cooked it! It was not bad, she calls it "Sloppy Beans and Joe"!
Kinda like a sloppy joe with beans and mexican seasonings... I am not going to discourage her cooking creativity!!!

Last night was everyone fend for themselves. One of my favorites! But lunch was pork roast that I sliced down and seasoned over night then grilled. From there cleaned out the fridge and freezer - two kinds of fries, a little salad, two kinds of frozen vegetables (Bavarian and San Francisco) mixed together. Milk for the kids and hubby and of course, iced tea for me.

Sloppy Joes and beans? What kind of beans? Actually sounds kinda good.

Hey gandster, what are yorkies? Are you in the UK? Yorkies to me are small yappy ankle biters. biggrin.gif Didn't know they went with roast beef. lol.gif

I need to eat more salad. My dad was a truck driver, and he was of the...

"Vegetables ain't food. Vegetables is what food eats..." Meaning steak, of course.

The bizarre thing is that he retired, became an IT professional for an aviation company, and now eats salad.

No wonder I am confused.

Eamon.
