Hello Paola and welcome to CelticRadio! This is a wonderful site not just for the celtic music but for the culture/history as well. You can click on any of the threads and read through postings...there may several of interest to you. You can even start a thread if you have questions or something of interest! We are a very friendly bunch here and any one will be happy to help you. If you see a "Guide" they specialize in helping - Rindy and WizardofOwls are two guides I can think of off the top of my head. We do look forward to hearing more from you! Have a wonderful week! amy |

Hi, mmmmmh yes turin. Where the "shroud " is kept, so it's said ,I haven't seen it personally . Now is Olympic Winter games time and there is just one thing missing.....the snow. yes for the first time after years is snowing all around but not in Olympic valley....weird isn't it? I work in a dental study as secretary and assistent. I've been living in turin for 4 years, before I was 60 km south of milan (Piacenza) where my parents still live. I met a boy and here I am. It's thanks to him I got to know and to like celtic music and heritage. Once discovered I tried to know more also if I think here is not very common and also known. We go listen to musicians at pubs playing bodran, violin, pipes and local songs... reallly cool. Well, thanks to everybody for being so welcoming. Hope to be with you for long. |
