Celtic Radio Community > The Celts > An Interesting Show I Saw On The History Channel

I saw an interesting show recently on the History Channel within the past week or so about an archaelogical dig at the site of an ancient Roman garrison in either northern England or southern Scotland. It was very fascinating. Can someone please provide more info?

Just a random guess (haven't seen the show), but do you mean Hadrian's Wall?

Mike, are you sure it wasn't PBS? I think I remember something like that recently.

I AM PRETTY SURE YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT HADRIANS WALL , I CANT REMEMBER MOST OF THE DETAILS BUT HADRIAN A ROMAN GENERAL ORDERED A HUGE WALL AT THE NORTH OF ENGLAND FROM COAST TO COAST TO STOP PICTISH SAVAGES FROM INVADING ENGLAND , THIS IS SOMWHAT 2000 YEARS AGO , ANYWAY IS THAT WHAT THE PROGRAM WAS ON
