The modern tradition says nothing.
However, a little bit of research will tell you that originally undergarments were worn under a kilt. That same research will reveal that kilts were actually more like a toga than a skirt. Kilts were only worn in the highlands where the tall, damp vegetation made the Celts' traditional legwear (trousers) impractical.

Is it possible to rate songs that aren't currently playing?
Do you have to just sit and wait for a song to play in order to rate it?
I figured out how to rate whole albums, but I can't seem to search a song and rate it. I'm wondering if that's the way it's supposed to be or if I'm just missing something.
Someone please explain the how ratings work to me.
Thanks

I like Celtic music. Celtic Thunder is my absolute favourite! I also enjoy classical crossover, mostly because I love a well trained voice.
I'm not a huge lover of country but I've gotten used to it because my co-workers love country music.

Hi!
I'm called Addy. I'm totally crazy about Celtic Thunder.
Is there any one else here who calls themselves a Thunderhead?
I love talking to other Thunderheads.
