Scalloped potatoes and ham.

Who are you, my mom biggrin.gif ?

I'm having polish sausage and instant mashed potatoes.

A pumpernickel caraway bagel, some leftover roast beef slices from lunch, soy milk, and trail mix in my office (grading a heap of papers). Not bad going down, really -- better than most of the papers, anyway. smile.gif

I'll be putting together something with the ground beef that's in the 'fridge. I may grill hamburgers since it's going to snow tonight!
