Got back about an hour or so from my visit to Ottawa where I met with my dear friend and member here at CR Camac.
Where we enjoyed a luncheon on the terrace of a lovely restaurant along the Rideau River and chat about this and that all afternoon.
And of course exchange little tokens as little souvenirs in rememberance of our day.¸

Since Camac enjoys a lollipop...cherry lollipops, I indulged him by including some in his giftbag, which we are enjoying here in this picture and having a lot of fun.
As you can see two grown ups with lollipops in their mouth.... tongue.gif

It was a day I will not forget, for we all sat at the table and talks of tales and family history and what a beautiful it was.

Thanks to my dear friend for the lovely afternoon spent together which I hope will not be the last.

today I went for my morning walk with hubby. then to store to shop for a few items. made a pumpkin roll, apple fritters and chocolate brownies. took some of my baked goods and went to an early dinner at my daughters. Chillin' out for a while, then going to walk more later this evening. after my walk, going to do some fall decorating. yesterday I was at Wal-Marts and found me a Paula Deen candle. it smells like pumpkin pie!!!
