Love thier music.  Though having a hard time finding thier music in stores up here.  I hate to think the only place I can find good celtic music to buy is on line.

Unfortunately, we do not have national distribution yet. But we do have an offline order form on our website.

I've been enjoying the Bards for 2-3 years at least. Even downloaded an album as a gift for my wife. I must say that it was encouraging and fun to get into the groove with you guys through your music. It's inspired me in my enjoyment of all things celtic and my Scottish heritage. I even bought a recorder to play along. Gotta get an autoharp too - oh yeah - and a friend to play with smile.gif

I've been involved in fencing (olympic style) over the past 5 years and after reading about some of the Renaissance Faires that you've performed at really got me thinking. So I bought a book "Swashbuckling: the art of stage combat" and am eager to find a friend willing to put together a troop. We'd perform not just at Faires but for hire at special occassion that need a good disruptin' with a spontaneous melee in the crowd.

Anyway, thanks guy for the inspiration. Still waiting for a cover of Queen of Argyle!

I just got my stickers, too! They are great, and one is going on my car and the other is already on my cubicle wall for all to see! Thanks, Bards!

The Bards are everywhere! In fact, one of the CD contests we did for the Bards went to Moscow, Russia and we included the "Real Men Wear Kilts" bumper sticker.

Kinda cool to think someone is driving around Moscow with that on their car! thumbs_up.gif

I have just heard these "Texan" Celts murder "Donald where's your troosers". Ah but its good to hear such perfect Kelvinside accents. Andy Stewart must be turning in his grave!

One of the highlights of Dragon*Con in Atlanta every year is the appearance of The B Bards! I have nearly all of their cd's and play them regularly. They are lots of fun and very talented guys. I'm very pleased that I can request them here at Highlander Radio. The only thing that makes me sad is that I can't request their song "Do Virgins Taste Better."

Real Men Wear Kilts!
