Count Down to St. Patrick's Day!
What are you doing to celebrate??
I am having my annual St. Pats party at my house in my homemade pub "Tomfoolery's Celtic Pub" on Friday the 15th, then off to O'Connor's in Worcester on Saturday for a great corned beef dinner and spirits, and then off to to the South Boston St Patrick's Day Parade on Sunday the 17th. As Luck has it my brother lives right on the parade route and is an annual event.

One of my favorite times of the year! Always a fun time with a lot of laughter and cheer.

Just making my typical corned beef and cabbage dinner. We don't have much in the way of fun things to do around here like parades and such and I'm not one for sitting in a bar unless I'm having dinner there too. So it will be pretty quiet. But the food will be good! tongue.gif

Having boiled bacon ( the true Irish meal ) and potatoes. Lots of beer
Not one for parades and tom-foolery.

Gigs. Two gigs back to back in downtown Milwaukee. Oi, pray for me. wacko.gif

First one, 3:00 to 6:00 in a big, crowded, loud, drunken, brawling tent at The Harp Irish Pub. Then, a more civilized one from 7:30 to 10:30 at County Clare Irish Inn & Pub. Also in a tent.

But also a nice quiet Irish dinner with my family, I think on Saturday this year, not sure. Much more mellow.

Just getting ready and suited up for the Southy Parade.
It will be a little chilly but my brother lives right on the street of the parade so we have an inside and outside option. The Guinness will be inside so I'm guessing I'll be in there mostly. (And we do have a DD)

Fun St Patty weekend so far and Happy St Patrick's Day to all!
