[B][FONT=Geneva][SIZE=7]Dia duit! I am new to this site. I am hoping to find some like-minded people out there. Are there any fans of Dougie MacLean on here?? Silly Wizard?? How about Runrig??? note.gif heart.gif

I am of Scots decent but have no idea how to find out past my 9th great-grandfather who was born in 1756 in Loch Lomond. Can anyone help me with this?

Welocme to Celtic Radio, Laoghire! Are you a learner of Irish Gaelic? I am learning Scottish Gaelic. If youa re a learner, check out the Celtic Languages forum. Also there is a forum on genealogy, so you might want to stop by there! I LOVE Dougie MacLean! He is one of my favorite Celtic artists! I was just introduced recently to Runrig by a dear friend and I am really begining to like them too!

Anyhow, I hope you grow to love this place as much as I have! Come back and visit with us often, okay? I look forward to getting to know more aobut you!

Welcome to the family! smile.gif
